But the truth is, the greatest Kingdom impact has always come through collaboration. Just like the early church, we’re stronger, more effective, and honestly, we have a lot more fun when we work together in networks.
That’s why this conference is all about the power of collaboration—how working together multiplies impact, deepens connection, and breathes new life into your mission. You’ll hear from dynamic keynote speakers (Moses Mukisa, Guilherme Franco, Dave Ferguson, Jon Ferguson, Will Plitt, Patrick 0’Connell, Corey Garris, and more) real-life case studies, and engaging panel discussions, plus get a chance to connect with other leaders who share your passion.

In this session, we will look at one key framework for cultivating an intentional disciple-making ecosystem where disciples don’t just grow but flourish and multiply. We will workshop out one of those elements so you can head home with a meaningful action learning plan.

The church is filled with seasoned disciples whose wisdom and experience are often overlooked. It’s time to rediscover and revitalize the biblical role of elders—not as board members or decision-makers, but as spiritual sages who guide, mentor, and invest in the next generation.
In this session, we’ll explore how elder mentorship—both for men and women—can reshape and enrich churches and church plants. You’ll learn practical ways to draw out the decades of faithfulness, relational wisdom, and Christ-centered leadership from those who have walked with the Lord for years.
This isn’t about outdated gender roles or cultural stereotypes—it’s about humility, service, and authentic relationships that strengthen the church. Together, we’ll reimagine eldership as a life-giving, movement-shaping force that empowers younger generations to navigate faith, relationships, and life’s challenges with wisdom and confidence.
